Creation from start to finish of a peer to peer rental website + IOS and Android mobile applications. This will be similar to other peer to peer rental websites including Airbnb, Anyhire and Rentoid. Key features include. - Ecommerce (facilitate card payments + paypal) - Search functionality - User account management - Mail/Messaging capability - User feedback/rating system - Administrator accounts/ support functions The proposed language is Ruby however we are open to considering other languages. Scope - Design - Development - Testing The developer must be available [post project completion for support Notes We are recent uni graduates with a start up idea and although we have some experience with programming we do not have any experience with websites and phone applications. We have created a draft functional spec however we would need to consult you and agree upon many performance related aspects of the product. Please submit expressions of interest with an initial estimate of the lead time and ball park cost of the project. You may base your estimates assuming the same functionality and similar design to Airbnb.com. This will be used as a gauge only and you will not be held to this. We will release the spec once initial contact has been made and candidates shortlisted. Thankyou.
