Design a Sailor Moon themed Tumblr

Basically, this should be a quick and easy project. In fact, I could likely figure it out myself, but I can't really be arsed at the moment. I need someone to design a Sailor Moon-themed Tumblr. The blog itself will be almost 100% writing, so I want the surroundings to be easy on the eyes but definitely Sailor Moon-themed. Furthermore, the blog's content will deal with social/gender structure, so I don't want anything too "frilly" or stereotypically feminine. This should be a fun and easy project, especially for someone with any experience with Tumblr.
