Design a responsive page

This is a design of a single page. The page have the following requirements: 1. On the left side there will be a side menu. It should look and function like this [login to view URL] 2. On the right side there will be 1 visible iframe and 2 additional hidden ones. The iframes will be activated/unhidden using a the links on the left side menu, which will simply alternate among the iframes leaving 1 visible while hiding the others. 3. The side menu should have 3 links each associated with its iframe. But the number of links/iframes should be easily expandable as I will add more later. 4. Each link/iframe need be identified by an anchor such as #iframe1 so that the page could be linked and accessed like this [login to view URL] etc. 5. The page must be responsive, that is the side menu need contract if displayed on a mobile device. 6. CSS may or may not be done using Bootstrap at your discretion. But Javascript part must be done using jQuery.
