A website for a clan

I am looking to have a website built for a gaming community that the website works with TS3 (teamspeak3). I was in a gaming community where this worked really well together. For example: when a new member wanted to join the clan he would go to the webpage and click on "join now" and complete an application to join a particular game that the clan supported. If the members that were running that game for the clan accepted his application they could then gain access to a certain part of the website to gain a TS token, copy the code and paste into "use privilege key" in TS3. This would make him a member and not a guest. Another example is if a member got promoted or assigned admin powers on the website it would filter into TS3 automatically and give him that rank and admin privileges. This would open up more admin rights for the website. On games night when all members are on for that date and time the admin leader of the game would log on to the website and take attendance. The website would account for everyone that was in the channel at that time to attended and account for those that were AWOL this was to enable us to keep track of members and kick those that only shown up for one night. When members join a particular game that we support on the homepage for that game (COH2) they can see their date and time of their match nights. If they can't make it they can click on a link to put themselves as absent. I would like Wiki pages for the games that get added which could also show upcoming games that we will support or take on. For obvious reasons we can't copy them for copy right reasons but if you look at the website you can see the kind of things that I would like for ourselves."
