Performance for any application should be good other wise people don't stick with application longer just because of take time in page load frustration. I can suggest you betterment way by that end user will be interact with application based on my past exp because all application have one domain & we should develop it as per current market trend. Mostly QA don't focus on Performance which is major painful for any application but I mostly focus on that after functionality Test.
