Concept Code - Log Active Directory Logins (Username, date/time and workstation etc)

Hello, I require a proof of concept code for a program that an administrator can install on a Windows Domain Controller (2003, 2003 R2, 2008, 2008 R2 - 32 and 64 Bit Versions) that will simply bind to Active Directory somehow and will log when an account authenticates against the directory - for example it records activity when a user logs in, logs out (if possible), logs if they change their password (but not log the password itself) etc. The program ideally should be C# in .Net Framework 3.5 SP1. The resulting data should be simply logged to a text file in the same directory as the exe file. The program can have a simple form with start and stop logging. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
