Convert VB6 app to be used on the IPAD

Hi there, I have a bingo caller that calls numbers from B1 to O75. Sales of the PC version (made in vb6) have been good, but there have been requests for a version on the Ipad. I do not know anything about coding for the Ipad. So I am hoping there is someone out there who is a pro at it :) In a nutshell the program calls out numbers and includes voices, timers to automatically call out numbers at set intervals, allows users to print their custom made bingo cards, etc. It is pretty simple in what it does in features. I need someone to recreate the interface exactly (or at least as close as possible) so it looks the same on the Ipad as it does on VB6. I need the app to have the exact same features as the vb6 version. For legal reasons I can not give you the source code in VB6, but I can give you the fully registered program to the winning bidder so you can see what would have to be reverse engineered. The vb6 version uses gif for images with transparent backgrounds so I will provide you with PNG versions as they are better than GIF for the program. I will need you to also put the completed app on the app store for Ipad as again I know very little about it. I need to know things such as if the store would sell the fully registered program or would they just sell a registration key, how the sales get paid to the owner, etc. The program is called MHX Bingo Caller and I will give the winning bidder the full version to try out to make into an Ipad app. Please ask if you have any questions :) Thanks.
