We did in our companies and have relevant resources to start the work right away... Simple clarification - Is your company want to load both the technologies (Exchange and Lync) on these 2 nodes. We are ready to make them cluster and ensure both the services Exchange and LYNC will be up and running. I'm worried about how much employees will put load on these servers. Hence would appreciate if you give more insights in regards to capacity planning and Avg Load expected considering the number emails you send/receive externally and internally.
