Hi mate i have managed windows and linux servers for many years as i have hosting and vps server business so dealing with these scenarios for a long time. means i can do this task for you easily. for your question you need to change glue records ip if you change the provider but you don't need to change the nameservers(NS1,NS2 names). anyway if you like me to setup this for you please let me know by pm here to start the job.
