Debug VB6/php/MySql project

There is an important file attached to this project bid request. It contains: 1 VB6 project 1 php file called [login to view URL] 1 text file called [login to view URL] 1 ReadMe file with info for accessing a test website for the PHP/mySQL portion. Here's the situation: I am a good VB6 programmer but not a good PHP programmer. I have written a small vb desktop program (enclosed in the zip file) that opens a text file enclosed called history.txt. It parses each line in the loop with the split function. It then opens with an inet control a PHP file on a website called. [login to view URL] and sends the parsed, split data to the PHP file. The PHP file communicates with a MySQL database (you'll have all the credentials you need) and thus updates records in the db. It APPEARS to be working. no PHP errors or MySQL errors, BUT the db never gets updated with the new records. Your job is to try it, look at BOTH the VB6 code AND the PHP file and determine WHY the php file is NOT updating with the new records in the MySQL db. You will need knowledge of BOTH VB6 and PHP/MySQL. The code is alreay written, you just need to find error and rewrite the code to fix it and demonstrate with the test website that it works. If youknow what you are doing, this should be easy to debug... :-) I need a fast turnaround as I am in the middle of this project which is just a small part of a larger desktop application. You will have full access to the website via FTP.
