We are in the process of creating a 'story' around our new 'Value Proposition'. This is to be included on our website & other marketing material. We would like someone who has a 'way with words' to create 3 interesting paragraphs that highlight the value we can provide the client and expand on our Value Proposition. Our value proposition is: APPROACHABLE. PERSONAL. SUPPORTIVE We would like a paragraph / story written about these 3 words that primarily tell the customer the benefits of these 3 values we hold to them. A basic idea that we would like you to expand on & write in an interesting & easy to ready way are: Approachable - we are easy to talk to, like to listen to your issues and make you feel comfortable Personal - we focus on providing personalised solutions to your storage requirements - we are the opposite to 'one size fits all' Supportive - We won't sell you a product and drop you there, we have a high 'care' factor from your very first contact with us, to providing you with personal storage system recommendations, to keeping you updated as to your order, getting back to you quickly, making your installation as hassle-free as possible and after sales care Look forward to seeing what is out there!
