Changes to Custom WordPress Plugin

I'm seeking a good WP developer with plugin experience who can handle changes to an existing WP plugin. The plugin is a popup generator based on Pippity and uses a lot of AJAX, both jQuery and javascript. We need to fix some javascript errors, we need to add some functionality using jQuery/JS.
There is also a need for some changes to the popup CSS to make it responsive.
This job is for someone very skilled and detailed who is willing to carefully dig through existing code.
I'm a developer myself and I'm just really busy. I'll be doing part of this job myself an will be able to explain exactly what we need and help show you the code. I did not build the plugin though and I would say it's code is a little bit confusing and undocumented.
I would love to find a great developer to work with on future projects. Good communication is important, I want to work as a team and be able to problem solve together. Please be in PST (Pacific) timezone or close to it, or willing to work during our day time.
