Create Capture page, set up autoresponder on wordpress site

I am looking for a grahpic design, writer and wordpress specialist to complete the following tasks. 1. create a fly in page to prompt people to sign up for our particular free offer 2. Design the fly in page and the landing page with the graphic provided 3. Integrate the landing page with our sign up process 4. Complete the thank you page 5. Complete the email going to responders directing them to login to receive their free gift 6. Create download page for free gift. This will all be done using the wordpress platform. No single html pages needed. must provide samples of design work. Must be familiar with wordpress and the process of capture pages. Marketing background a plus. Skill with writing related to marketing would be beneficial.
