Build me a better directory -- 4

I have a directory currently that was poorly built. I would like for someone to build me a better one. I would prefer you to use a template and just rebuild and change some things to match my current requirements. I have attached my website name. Please go to it and look at how Andrews is set up and how PMA is set up you will be required to make those set up better and to have a search area for the cars.. also each car must have a button that says apply for loan i want to be able to have banners and ads everywhere just like on the site. And there will be more.. This is the last time i will do this project You do not get paid until it is on my server live and working...
