Create a Wordpress Plugin -- re

Need a custom WordPress plugin I need a user management system for my wp site where End users can sign up and login (No wp sign and login)and than redirect to a dashboard(not WordPress default dashboard and menu bar) where they can view their services,payments and massages or can order services provided by my employee A dashboard(not WordPress default dashboard and menu bar) where my employee can add/update services,payments,massages to End users so these following tab or module should be there for my employee services(Add/delete service and associated user to service ) orders (able to see orders made by end user and can mark as complete and pending and reject) users (able to view service associated to user and payments made to user) payments(able to enter manually payments to end user also a tab for all payments to all users) reports (where all services/orders/users/payments can be track and their report ll be in downloadable as pdf or text should be ) settings (gen setting such as ) A dashboard for me (can be WordPress default dashboard ) where i have full control to End users and to my employee ......... Hope you understood the project its really not complex job for those who knows WordPress very well so lower bid with strong portfolio ll be consider also no upfront payment or milestone created in starting the work should be completed in two days after awarding.I also want full control to source code so beware before using anyone else code.i ll look in to code first and than pay if you could not able to do this work in two days don bid.
