Custom WordPress template needed

I would like to have a custom template which is build in a way so we can update and integrate with other modules. Hi WordPress specialists, This is the first Wordpress project I post here, so be smart and bid only if you're an expert in WordPress. I'm looking for a person who can custom build templates for WordPress 3.x.x and is very experienced with all the aspects of WordPress. If I need help, you must be the one who I'm thinking about to ask first! You have to be the developper/programmer that will work on the project yourself if you place a bid. I want a person that's attentive, responsible and good in giving feedback to me. I will provide a PSD & JPG file and you have to program the template. I need to have clean and optimized code behind the site for future updates and upgrades. The project will be done directly on my server on a demo-domain. After all the work is done YOU must have the skills to move the complete database and WordPress to the real domain. ( If i'm not able to) Keeping the deadline and contact is very important.
