I need a C# Programmer to create a Solution to perform the following: #1 Summary: Create an VS Solution to Query a Directory containing files and then individually transfer those files via an XML POST to a REST .cgi script that will enact an FTP transaction. Following successful XML RESPONSE (indicating successful transfer of the file), perform another XML Post (for a static Note) and then Delete the file and perform the operation on the next file in the folder directory. Once all files have been transferred create and send a notification email message using a hosted Exchange account that will list all files transferred. I will need you to create the email notification template from a flat PDF/Illustrator file that I will provide. A simple UI to enter in the directory, the notification email addresses and three pieces of config information in the XML POST is also needed along with Error Handling. #2 Summary: Create a VS Solution to query a Directory containing files and then individually send XML POSTs to retrieve additional information in order to rename and copy the file to another directory.
