correct some features in existing flipbook viewer

this is the original viewer created: [login to view URL] issues: 1. when open in fullscreen the bottom part of the screen is dark color, it should all be white. this is the modified viewer created: [login to view URL] issues: [login to view URL] open in fullscreen the bottom part of the screen is dark color, it should all be white. 2. the zoom in feature works but the zoom out button does not 3. when you open the e-book in presentation view the e-book is position too high (it is under the navigation bar on the top) 4. under the type of e-book "magazine" is spelled "megazine" correct this.
