display xml data in flash

I have two xml files [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The [login to view URL] is just a list of images that need to rotate like a flash slideshow type thing with a fade transition. Make each ad show for 10 seconds and fade to the next one. Then start over when done. The [login to view URL] has basic information for meetings which will be displayed on the left hand side. I have a mock up of what it will look like attached. I need the flash to reload the xml files every 8 hours and upon starting the flash app. This will be run on a widescreen tv and I want it to take up the entire space of the tv. The logo in the lower right needs to be on top of the ads. The ads will take up the space on the right. They will be large taking up the space. Should be an easy job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
