Application Configuration Editor for .NET (exe.config editor) using Linq to XML

This is a simple project, we require a UI application that allows us to manipulate configuration settings of any [login to view URL] file or XML document to update its node/attribute values. The configuration editor MUST be able to read and edit settings from applications built in visual studio 2005, 2008, and 2010 [login to view URL] files. We will supply you sample config files to test it with. We require the program to allow the user to point to any [login to view URL] file and display all settings to the user in a DataGridView. When the user Edits any cell or row in the DataGridView the .config file should be updated with all the new changes. Also, when the user selects any setting row from the DataGridView, the attributes should be displayed in a text box, When the user clicks update, any changes made to the text box should be saved in the .config file. There should be a combo box that lists all of the nodes in the .config document. When the user selects the item and presses delete, it should delete the selected setting from the .config file. Also, if the user deletes a row from DataGridView it should delete the setting from the xml document. So it should allow the user to make changes either way. The program must be developed in Visual Basic .NET and you must use Linq to XML with .NET 4 I have attached an example of a similar project built in Visual Studio 2003 [login to view URL] This application must be developed using Visual Studio 2010 The source code must be properly documented and must be supplied to us.
