Video Editing Full Time Job - Looking for someone living in Serbia, Georgia, Albania, or Eastern Europe -- 3

ATTENTION - LIVING IN EASTERN EUROPE (RUSSIA - SERBIA - GEORGIA - ALBANIA ETC.) WE WANT TO HIRE YOU! MOST IMPORTANT - THIS IS A JOB INTERVIEW - PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU APPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you respond, please understand that I will be interviewing you for a long-term project. Because it is a long-term project I will have many questions. I will ask you about your background. I will ask you to provide examples of your work. If you are too busy to have a 15 to 20 minute interview/conversation then please do not respond ( This Interview may last up to 30 minutes). We are looking for someone in their 30ies or older. We have had problems with younger candidates. They are usually not very professional and not very serious. Thanks for understanding. THE PROJECT We give you Mp3 Voice over files plus the exact script used to make the voice over file. You create a 2 minute videos from each Mp3 voice over file... So, again, we will provide you with a MP3 voice over audio file. We will also send you the text that matches the voice over file. Then we will send you a couple of video and image archives. You will use your judgment/skill/imagination/creativity to select the images and videos that best fits the audio file (mp3 voice over file) and complete the 2 minute video. We have several other editors working on this project. The average time they take to complete a video is 90 minute to 2 hours. PAYMENT BREAKDOWN The price is $5 U.S. to complete each 2 minute video. You can make as many 2 minute videos each week or month as you can.... so how much money you make will be based on how many videos you create. So make only one video per week and you get paid $5. Make 20 videos per week and we pay you $100. Make 40 video per month and we pay you $200. You are your own boss. THING WE WILL NOT DO FOR YOU - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We will NOT pick the images and select the video files from the video archives that we provide to you. That is a part of your job. If we must do that we can make the video ourselves. You must have access to a free archive of videos and images that have no copyright issues, and can be used commercially anywhere without problems. We have links to some archives, that we will provide, but if you have other free archives that would be very helpful but not necessary. FYI - AGAIN Please don't ask us to look up the videos clips or images and tell you where to add them. If we need to do this, we will just make the videos ourselves. PLEASE READ COMPLETELY! We need to know that you read instructions carefully. Being a video editor means you pay attention to details. If you cannot take the time to read this job description, we don't believe you will be a good editor and contractor for our company. Project - Ongoing - for about 1 year to 2 years and may be much longer. YOU MUST BE RELIABLE - If you take the job and don't communicate and miss deadlines, we will terminate the project with you after the first video. We are looking for reliable people to work with for long-term work.
