adding/Changing/modify in my Android App -- 2

I've Android Application using Nodejs for the server and Polymer for admin panel and Android Studio for android apks. and I need some one to help me in changing some things 1. in the admin panel I've a list for Drivers Without any list of the Customers (( I need another list for Customers)) . 'They already saved in the database'. 2. the requests sending with no notes or chat.... I need to make a note from the customer to the driver with request and chat dialog between them after every accept including their both phones numbers. 3. Any Costs for delivery should Deducted from (Driver's Credits) and I need to assign a limit if he got it He'll not be able to accept any order until he pay. But he'll be able to receive the requirements with splash message appearing if he try to accept (you should pay to be able to accept) 4. in the registration they ask just for mobile verification I need it to ask him for more 5. the notifications appearing inside the App I need it from out side (Like Whatsapp Call Appeating With ACCEPT DECLINE ) from out side. 6. the customer able to cancel the travel and the driver, i need it both of them don't be able to do this after 5 minutes of accept. *** My budget based on the whole script I got it by 64$ from codecanyon, *** Please if read each line carefully if you couldn't done all job professionally please don't bid because it'll be wasting time for you and me and none of us will make any benifits.
