Android app: Show your location and other app user on a mapview.

We are a small startup and like to get the following Proof of concept kind of project that is very simple and easy to understand. This is Milestone1 and You will qualify for Milestone 2 if your job is good enough and SIMPLE. You can choose your own UI and crops. The app should show details of OWN and OTHER USERS. (Name, Photo, short description) on a MAP. Any one who logs in will become OWNER and should be able to see OTHER USERS available on the AREA of MAP zoomed in / out. The REFRESH BUTTON needs to refresh all logged in users on the MAP. Requirements: - Native handwritten Android application. - Fresh code and clean understandable code. - User login screen / logout button - Logged in users shown, logged out users not shown. - Settings screen able to upload photo, name, short description. - Show my location (GREEN ICON) and all other USER location. (ORANGE ICON) - map should have zoom in / zoom out feature. The number of users shown has to update upon zoom in or zoom out or refresh button. (no Push notification needed) - All users must be shown on the map. (This will be extensively tested using the app you deliver) Server: - Needs a login screen. Server control panel - We have a domain where you can host and test. - Settings of every user able to store uploaded photo, name, short description. Delivery: - Upon Final delivery acceptance and demo of both Android client and server code the payment will be released. - Do not deliver multiple APKs unless you have a delivery quality.
