Android + iPhone simple App

I need simple App for both Android and iPhone. If you can develop App for just one of these platforms - please drop me a message with your offer for that specific platform app. App description: 1. App need a simple header with app name in middle and home icon/button at left and close icon/button at right. 2. In main app body it will load a mobile friendly website. Person can navigate that website and you don't have anything to do about that inside app. Just need to make header Home button go to homepage of that webpage. And close button to just close whole app. 3. There is a login option at that mobile website. When logged in to website - website will drop a cookie to browser with some simple data like member ID and member key. App need to be able to read that cookie and use that data. i fnot possible - we will discuss any other way app to identify logged in member so app can use that later to ask website about notifications for that specific member. 4. If member logged in (a cookie data saved), app will do periodic checks for notifications. Like each hour. This mean app need to stay in background when closed, to be able to check and puch notifications when they are available. This is only app option that we need and will use app instead of just ask person to use same mobile website at browser. App will contact website server with a simple call we will agree with app developer. Something like simple GET/POST to website with member ID and KEY from that cookie. And website server will return a simple blank (no notifications) or text of notification to show to that member (may be JSON or plain text, XML). So this is main app option - to do periodic checks with id/key to website server and show notification if any. Let me know if any question, let me know if you can develop both Android and iOS apps or just one of them, tell me your estimated price and after we clear all details you can set final price. Speed is not important, we are not ina hurry, so you will have a lot of time to fit this in your schedule whenever possible. No rush and time of develop will not be considered as bonus in this bidding. Don't send me standard replies!
