App improvements

Hello, I need following works for my ios and Android mobile app, TAP Social. Will setup as three milestone payments. Before release of payment, will need proof of iOS and Android app working and all final source codes for both iOS and Android is uploaded on Freelancer platform. Milestone 1: 15% cost 1. Fix userguide loading 2. Fix missing profile photo 3. Fix iOS app crashing 4. Update TAP time and popup messages to 1 minute wait for free users 5. Upgrade Facebook api to latest version Milestone 2: 15% cost 6. Integrate instruction screens (e.g. transparent with arrows and text) that help explain how to use the app features / functionalities. Specifically, the data consent screen (mandatory before can use app) and two app instruction screens. 7. TAP starts when start to press button for free and paid member Milestone 3: 70% cost 8. Include app in-purchase functionalities for the app specifically, i. Existing plans are listed below. If lifetime plan is purchased by any user, all options to buy any other plan will be disabled. It is important that decisions to change the pricing amount will be managed on the backend and not require any new app release. a. 1 month (GBP 10) auto-renew b. 6 months (GBP 50) auto-renew c. 1 year (GBP 70) auto-renew d. Lifetime (GBP 80) non consumable ii. If a user already has a paid plan but decide to UPGRADE then the following needs to be done: a. if 1 month plan is purchased by user, the user can have an option to upgrade to 6 months or 1 year only. In this scenario, the user will be charged for the amount of the 1 month plan on a pro-rata basis for the period used and for the upgraded plan from the moment of upgrade i.e. either 6 months or 1 year starting immediately and the end date of the paid membership is updated. b. user cannot buy a lifetime plan if an auto-renew plan is ongoing. A popup would show saying "You already have an auto-renew plan. Please cancel from your iTunes / Android subscription and at the end of the subscription period you can purchase a lifetime plan." c. Upgrades involving pro-rata of current plans only occurs when a new plan is processed and funds cleared. d. Same approach applies for all the plans eligible for upgrade. ii. If a user already has a paid plan but decide to DOWNGRADE then the following needs to be done: a. if 1 year plan is purchased, the user can downgrade to the 6 months or 1 month package. In this scenario, user will be charged the new downgraded plan from the date after the current plan expires i.e. either 1 year or 6 months is completed as the user has already paid for these. b. No full or partial refund under any circumstances. c. Same approach applies for all plans eligible for upgrade. iii. Trying to make a purchase from Android / iOS if plan is ongoing in iOS / Android a. If user who has already purchased a plan ongoing using iTunes app store in-app purchase tries to make a subscription from Android, a popup will be shown saying "You already have an ongoing subscription using iTunes / Android in-app purchase. Please cancel the same and after completion of the subscription period you will be able to subscribe from here." b. No full or partial refund under any circumstances. c. Message needs to be tailored for the relevant app store / phone account being used (i.e. iOS or Android) iv. Validating auto-renew receipts on backend a. When an in-app purchase is made a unique ID is generated to track future receipts of auto-renewing plans and according to that maintain status of app plan. If there is a failure in auto-renewing that will be notified with the receipt which would change the status of the plan in the backend to a normal user. b. The app backend must automatically show the payment status and expiry of plan without any manual backend fixes or intervention by a developer. v. Cancellation If a purchased plan is cancelled by the user, then only after the subscription ending date will the user be converted to a normal / free user type.
