Need an Android Native App built - Small Project

I need an android native app which is basically an application with two pages. Does not require any login/logout module. Application uses data stored in the local DB and no external API interaction is involved. I need it to support Android 5.1 as the minimum supported android version. Please check the attached document for further instructions for the developer.
Note: Detailed requirements will be shared with the person identified for the project.
