10 seconds animation of an arm from an existing 3D model

Hi! I'm looking for someone who can slightly retouche, reshape and animate an existing 3D model of a human arm (obj file + mtl file, see enclosed print screen) into a 10 seconds animation. It will be part of an installation I'm making. I've got a photography and film background myself and don't manage to create the animation. Looking for a specialist that can do this. When -> short notice First version should be finished Sunday 24th to test the projection between 13.00-15.00. Deadline final animation Monday 25th June 13.00h Central European Time (Amsterdam Netherlands). (Installation goes live Monday 25th 19.00) What Retouche: the arm should be clean, with a texture that feels like a combination of old Renaissance statues (marble) and 3D digital. Reshape: the arm needs to bend a bit more inwards. The line from the arm to the hand is now too straight (see enclosed image). Animation: The concept of the animation is the anatomy of a selfie hand (like an arm on formaldehyde, but now in digital space). The animation should be a camera moving 360 degrees around the arm, total 10 seconds. So the arm needs to stand still. The camera movement should not be the same all the time, but needs a bit variation: so a bit faster when you see the back of the hand, a bit slower when you see the front. If possible I'd like a variation where the finger tips make a cramp movement in 0,5 sec.; like a little twitch inwards. Or that the hand shakes a bit (see enclosed films). Background of the arm should be a 'digital space' that just gives a bit of depth. I need some advice on this.
