440073 Simple Drupal Theme Modification ( 3

I have several Drupal sites online. I need to quickly modify the theme on one of the sites. I have a visual example that will illustrate 95% of how the modified theme should look. 1. Modify Header (install slideshow instead of Flash Header 2. Left sidebar extends all the way to top. It stops beneath the tabs at top. It extends from the footer (which is attached) along the content area and upwards alongside of the slideshow, all the way to top of the slideshow. Footer and Tabs are attached to the sidebar so that page layout is always square. 3. Menu Tabs at top have drop downs menu items 4. Retain the basic theming of the content area I would love to get this project done within today/tomorrow if I can find the right person. I need someone who is flexible and fast, but has excellent Drupal theming skills. I\'d like to pick a themer today if the right one shows up and gives me a good bid on this project. I\'m looking for quick (one day) turn-around if possible.
