Consume REST API to get data into tableau web data connector

Expert in API development and parsing data from API'S. I have experience in working with NodeJS and have successfully implemented web api, server based api using NodeJS. As I have gone through tableu documentation it seems like we are on the right track. If you can start a chat lets discuss more in detail, because few things depends on CORS which allows external api url to be accessed. if you have full access to external api we can work on it. If not lets discuss.
