Develop an apple/android app

Calling all Freelance App Designers! Do you have a passion for designing quality apps to accompany great products? Do you love to work with hologram videos as a hobby? We have the project for you! First, we’d like to introduce ourselves. We are Roylco, a home-grown developer of classroom educational and art-oriented materials for children ages 3-8 years old. Our focus is on integrating art and core subjects to enhance and beautify learning. We LOVE working with teachers around the world to produce interesting and unique products that will encourage growth and learning in the classroom. We want to produce an app to accompany our 3D Hologram lens. The main idea behind this app is to allow children to create a piece of artwork, and photograph that artwork with an iPhone/iPad/android phone/android tablet camera. We will provide approximately 20 coloring book style illustrations for the children to color in. Then, children will use the app to take a photograph of the illustration. The app will generate a 3D digital design using the colors the children chose. The 3D image will be copied four times by the app, rotated accordingly, and positioned on the screen. Animating the artwork for simple movements would be a plus! Then the four images will be displayed on the screen of the device. Children will then place a clear inverted pyramid lens on the screen, and the images will appear like a floating hologram. We want children to be able to create their own videos using their own art and the app that you will create. We need the app to be simple enough for young children to use, but sophisticated enough to produce excellent results.
