This apple watch app must be able to : 1. Monitor heart rate - When heart rate is below X or above Y, a countdown will start. at the end of countdown, an XML will be posted to a remote server via http API 2. Notifications: a notification received on the iphone will end up as a notification on the watch. (that may be built it) 3. admin / setting mode in which the X and Y above can be configured. 4. admin setting that will select which XML template to post to server depending on which heart rate zone is achieved.
