I am bidding for around 4 hours of work, I have just one question: "application should display time and date and all sensors values and trigger as simple led if any of all presets values for each sensor reached and remain for delay of 10 minutes" Can you explain that rule a little more? Maybe with sample values?

My name is Mihai Pop and I am studying electrical engineering at the university Politehnica Timsioara. I have some experience with Arduino and I have already made a similar project in which some sensors send the data that they record on the serial monitor and are also printed on a 16x2 LCD. I also have skills in programming, especially c and c++, but I am quite good in arduinos programming language as well.
