Need Script Writer for Political Video Production

I am creating an YouTube channel in which I am going to create 2~3 videos every week on various political and economic issues in India. The videos are 15 ~ 20 minutes long and I will explain the subject matter in English. Kindly watch few sample videos of Dhruv Rathee in YouTube and you will get some ideas on what kind of videos I am talking about. Only difference is Dhruv Rathee explains in Hindi and I will explain in English. Sample link - [login to view URL] . For these videos, I need to do a lot of research and then prepare a script. I need a person who will be able to do research on latest political / economic issues and prepare a script in English. I will give him a topic and he / she needs to do research on that topic. Basically research means going through multiple source such as Wikipedia / YouTube / Newspaper websites / Twitter / Facebook etc. After an intensive research, the person needs to create a script. He / she also needs to mention all the links of images, statistics, video footage, news articles, Twitter/FB post in the document so that I can refer those sources while verifying the scripts. Also, some of the images/video footage/news article/FB posts etc will be shown in the actual YouTube video. Main tasks in this job are: 1. Research on a topic 2. Create a script in English What is the main challenge in this job: Just writing a 5~6 pages of content is not the main challenge. Anyone can do that after few hours of research on the internet on any hot button current news topics. The main challenge is creating a script. What is the main difference between a written content and a script: To understand the difference, create a one page write up on "Removal of Article 370" after doing some basic research and now record your own writing as a video in your smartphone. Just read all the sentences loud and record your video. Now, watch the video. You will realize that a simple written content that is read line by line is neither interesting to watch in the video format nor it will engage the audience. However, if you explain the issue of Article 370 to someone, just notice how you speak. You will add emotions and add your oratory skills to make it appealing. You will start constructing the sentences in very different fashion. Maybe you will use some images at relevant points to make him understand your message, may show him some video clippings of some leaders who support the issue or oppose the issue, and show him some Twitter of some political leader (such as Rahul Gandhi or Narendra Modi) to make your point. That is a script. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR JUST WRITTEN CONTENT ON POLITICAL OR SOCIAL ISSUES. In the script, there should be proper introduction of a subject so that the audience is engaged with the subject, then should be proper divisions of the whole materials into relevant sections with proper heading (those heading will the sectional heading of the video), the flow of the logic on that issue should be logical,. Give me the links of the YouTube videos and tell me which 10 seconds or 20 seconds I need to show at the relevant point of the video to make my message interesting and relevant. Give me the link of the Twitter or FB posts and tell me at what point of the video those stuffs need to be displayed. That will be an interesting script. That's the job requirement. In this video, I intend to tell the audience that the government did the right thing by removing Article 370. Please create a script and send it to me. That's the only test for this job. There will be no other interviews or any other test. It's going to be a long term contract. Payment will be based on per assignment. It will be based on mutual agreement between me and the person.
