Main Duties -Responds to customers' emails in a timely manner (within 4 hours) and solve their problems within 24-36 hours. -Works closely with sales personnel to help the customer. Receives tracking information and order status information from sales personnel and communicate this information to customers. -. It will start as part time 5 hours a day and 6 days a week and may eventually may lead to a full time job. -Looking for a long term dependable, honest, hardworking person -Must have good writing ability in English and Turkish. -Training will be provided by lead CSR in Istanbul. -Must reside in Ankara preferably Eryaman area and vicinity. -Please provide your cv
