This is a challenge for me make an article exciting to read and understand the inner meaning and the purpose of posting. Let me start with today's environmental changes especially in India where i live. The monsoon have changed dramatically so the the climatic conditions of regions expecting rainfall during certain period of the year does not happening. Those farmers expecting the rainfall for cultivation are more disappointed and some commit suicide. But certain part of the county or city gets heavy rainfall as it create floods and damages the infrastructure and the economy of the people. Why these changes are happening and why Govt is not taking necessary steps to tackle this issue. Water management and retaining the natural resources are the need of the hour. The Govt if for the people, of the people and by the people as the quote goes, but alas, it fails miserably on occasions. What is the root cause for this national issue ! Why the Govt is not doing any preventive and corrective actions. Who to bench mark the govt functions and who is responsible for all this, undoubtedly the society to be blamed. Due to the daily changing need of the population the Govt is taking various steps in converting reservoirs and small ponds into bus terminal or plots. People who stays there in the low lying area has to face the tune when it rains. There is no alternative method to cover up the need of the people. Govt is there to plan and execute all projects when needed.
