asp.NET & SQL Development

A new site has been designed and fully spec’d but now needs development some functional work that I am too busy to do. The Site should be built in either VB.net or C# using Visual Studio and code behind (we want this compiled into .dll’s). The database design is already completed, but this may need to be changed by you through the development process (it was one of the first things spec’d). The website is fairly basic in its function. User profile creation and editing; sign in/out; uploading images etc. It should not be a taxing or complicated job for anyone with over 2 years experience. This could be done using any portal software, and I'd be more than happy to hear from someone with dotNetNuke experience. The chosen applicant would work from home and liaise with the Project Manager on a daily basis. Approximately three days of work are estimated for the above work (2 days coding, 1 day SQL and setup).
