I require a CAD Technician to prepare a set of 1:100 Scale drawings I need drawings of the house at this address: 60 Blakes Lane, New Malden KT3 6NX I need Existing & Proposed Drawings - Existing Ground Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Existing First Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Existing Roof Plan 1:100 Scale - Existing Front Elevation 1:100 Scale - Existing Side Elevation 1:100Scale - Existing Rear Elevation 1:100Scale - Proposed Ground Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Proposed First Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Proposed Roof Plan 1:100 Scale - Proposed Front Elevation 1:100Scale - Proposed Side Elevation 1:100Scale - Proposed Rear Elevation 1:100Scale - Freelancer needs to be AutoCAD professional - Freelancer need to accurately show details of house in his/her drawings - Freelancer needs to work from my photographs and measurements - Freelancer needs to work from my notes and sketches - I need drawings ready in 1 day - I have previously been using somebody for this project and they have not been able to provide accurate drawings, I have attached their work. This is what I DO NOT want. Very poor work. - Freelancer must have good communication skills. - Freelancer must be reliable and punctual with deadlines. - Survey notes and measurements are attached here IMPORTANT NOTE - I WILL ONLY BE PAYING FREELANCER UPON COMPLETION OF PROJECT, NOTHING BEFORE.
