Looking for a CAD drafter to draw a site plan layout for our development, including a storm water drainage plan. This development is a glamping (nice camping) in CANADA on a site made of several luxury tents, restaurant, reception building, saunas, swimming pools... It is set to be developped on 26 acres. I need the drafter to be able to draw in CAD (or similar software able to provide me with .DWG files and PDF files after) from a good base plan that we will provide and to integrate the topography of the land from LIDAR data (free data in Canada) in order to be able to draw what is needed for the storm water drainage plan. The project files will be communicated if the mission is accepted. The base plan is already very well advanced, so doing this job should not take very long (the longest part is just the storm water plan taking into account the land topo / elevation). This mission is finalized when the site plan with the storm water drainage plan is fully approved (technically receivable) from the municipality where the project will be implemented. This is urgent. Thanks
