Hello there I've done similar bulk emailing in the past. However i do not have the setup currently running. I'm very interested in working on this. But I'll need a few days to put together the setup i once had. I had all domain/hosting/mailboxes/forwarding and the entire infrastructure. But right now i do not. If you'd allow me time to assemble, I have here 6 in house workstations and can manage proxies as well. All over I can handle a large portion of your entire operator needs.
