Bitcoin Pool and Exchange - repost

Hello i was browsing over freelancer to research some people on a bit coin project. I have some invesments in ACSII Miners coming soon. I want to initially setup a merged mining pool for miners. The miner will stay at my office and i want to point it at a vps or maybe a cloud instance (if the hosting price is right) the pool to start with will be just me mining untill the completion of the next stage, where i offer then public access to the pool, where users have to sign up through the site to have access, singing up to the site creates them a bitcoin address to be paid out from the pool. What would the project bid be on something like this.
