I am working on a new business book that illustrates four character types in the Wizard of Oz as a way to improve team performance. I am calling the book "Team Wizardry". The 75th anniversary of the Wizard of Oz is next year and I am trying to publish the book in the next four months to take advantage of all the publicity surrounding this anniversary. I have co-authored three prior books relating the same character types to Star Trek (Boldly Live As You Have Never Lived Before, The Trek Factor, and Boldly Live!). I’m the idea person and I need a writer to help me write my latest book—Team Wizardry.
Another writer and I completed the book proposal and sent it to my literary agent. The literary agent is anxious to market the proposal to publishers, but my initial writing associate is unable to help write the book. I'm not a great writer, but I am very creative when it comes to ideas for these books. This personality type model was my creation.
I’m looking for a writer that has successfully published at least one book to help me write Team Wizardry. My literary agent suggested a few changes to our initial book proposal, but overall it's a great proposal. I just need a writer that has published at least one book and has some business background to help me write this book.
Thanks.

I have been credited as contributing editor on a book and am currently working on a book myself. I am an avid Wizard of Oz fan and have even read Wicked and some other extensions on the world that is Oz. I would love to help contribute to your book. I am an excellent creative writer with a vivid imagination that I think would really help you attain your goal.
Your description of this project, as well as your passion, actually made me want to read the book. I want to be a part of any book that makes me want to read it while still in the planning stage. I would love to explore creative ways to bring your ideas (as well as the OZ characters) to life in a fresh way as they relate to the Team environment. The potential here is easy to see. Please accept my bid for this project.
