I suppose we are talking about Modbus communication over TCP, where the PLC is the slave and the Arduino as the master. Please confirm. I will need the Modbus map of the PLC . The values could be displayed in a 3.5 inches display with the frequency that you wish. For comm I will use an Ethernet shield 5200.
