Integration of Neuroshell Trader (www.ward.net) and Exchange API

I want to integrate the Neuroshell Daytrader to recieve pricequotes from and to send trading orders to the exchange front end. See documentation enclosed. DO NOT BID on the project UNLESS you have READ all of the materials. We need the feed handler completed to take in quotes (datapump) and we need the orders sent via the Neuroshell back to the exchance (tradepump) Initially, just one exchange needed, but in the future there is interest in adding additional exchanges and I could hire you again.
