I have three Formulas A, B, C, that need to be written mathematically, and possibly write an algorithm to go with it.

% BASE VERBS
% DETERMINERS

% PRONOUNS
% ADJECTIVES
The % is defined, but not in above example, since this post is public to freelancer.com.
What I Need is mathematical formula or algorithm that states, Based on the % that totals 100%, a paragraph, will be made up of those % percentages. Say Common Nouns is 10%, there would be 10% nouns in the paragraph.
This is for an English project I have for school. Please help.
