Windows app that will sit in the system tray It will listen on 2 UDP ports, configurable from a .ini file It will receive a numerical string on one of the ports, depending on the port received on 2 different actions can occur: Ringing Port: use the string to lookup an API (json), display the returned information in a popup bubble from the system tray. Answered Port: use the string and open a program with an argument. Example: Call firefox and open webpage [login to view URL]

I have already developed demo of your application. You can see video of working application here: [login to view URL] On Ringing port (25) demo is calling example api (JSONPlaceholder) with received string and parsing JSON resultat. On Anwered port (55) demo is opening browser with received string url.
