Waveform Generator v2

This is a 2nd phase of the previous Generator task, hence v.2 designation. The target hardware is the same based on STM32F407VET MCU. This task aims at coding firmware for 3 waveform generators and debugging it on a similar development target board. The work includes verification of the completed design, actual coding and testing on a compatible development board. The generators are as follows: 1st is a single output fixed 50% duty cycle generator with Pot-adjustable output frequency 2nd and 3rd generators are full bridge driving waveforms with complementary outputs. The design includes such features as Alarm generation which stops outputs of generators, startup procedure and reporting to the host PC.
