Hello
I have more than 2 year experience in java and C# programing i am placing the lowest bid because my profile on freelancer is relatively new .I can assure you high quality work with on time delivery.
Hop you will consider my proposal.
Thanks.
I have some data structures in mind to take care of this task of book keeping seats at a showing of a movie. I'll use C# without a database as you wish. All in all, I think this should be easy.
