Basically, we need to create an app that is a proxy for another API. That other API gathers information about a product. We want to log who is calling our new API and how often it is called. Our application will have a database to log the calls. The web application will be written in c# and utilize a SQL Server 2012 database. There will also be a test winform that will have buttons for testing the webservice
