WPF create Thumbnails and manipulate with Thumbnail list

Program open data (let's call them DA) files, every time file opens creates WriteableBitmap (this part is done, you don't have to care about it). Created image shows in the big image on the screen, at the same time thumbnail have to be created and added to the image list . Thumbnail have to be linked with directory of temporary file (data) created when DA opens and list list of properties of this file. Thumbnail have to have the same height and width. Under each thumbnail the name of the file have to be showing. Every time new DA opens this procedure repeats. The selected from image list thumbnail file shows on the main image (the big one) . It have to be possible change the position of thumbnails files in image list, move them up and down on the list. It have to be possible to delete selected file too. The selected file that we can see on the big image box can be edited (this is not your problem how) and new properties have to be saved some where (this is your problem) All files have properties and they have to be connected to the thumbnail file, selecting file we can access to properties of this file I need the demo before you send me the code.
