Is available for 8 hours per day. 2. Has worked in a customer service setting or a similar customer-satisfaction job. 3. Has a solid command of the Dutch language. 4. Has 90% or more English for training and internal communication purposes. 5. Internet connection of 2Mb or more. It can not be wireless nor through a datacard. You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms.

Our online customer service did answers phone calls with VOIP/Skype calls, and answers all incoming e-mail, live chats and Face book messages. The web shop was running in more than 14 European countries. We communicate mostly in English both written and verbal. Besides of this I’m native Dutch and understand some German and French.
We changed the opening hours for the European market from CET 8h - 18h to CET 14.00 till 21.00 h and this worked very well.
